Sample permit for safety-relevant work

A permit procedure specifies binding rules for all involved persons regarding working time, rooms, the work to be performed and the associated risks. This work can be arranged by the laboratory staff, but can also take place without their knowledge, e.g. work on ventilation equipment or on the water supply (emergency showers) in the basement or on the ventilation floor.
